• will take every possible step to ensure they are aware of their client’s expectations and needs and industry trends that may affect their level of service.
• will ensure all their staff, are fully trained to enable them to perform tasks required of them to the best of their ability. Their ability and suitability to perform tasks will be monitored on a daily basis supported by a formal annual review.
