Vortex® Fill Pass Flow Control – Fill and Vent Diverter Valve

The patented Vortex Fill Pass Diverter is specifically engineered to handle dry bulk solids in vacuum or dilute phase pneumatic conveying systems with pressures up to 1 barg. It provides a versatile and reliable method for filling one or more “in-line” weigh hoppers when material is conveyed pneumatically through a closed loop system.

Positive seal

A positive material shut off provides accurate scale weights. No additional material is added to a bin once it is weighed.

Stackable design

Unique design allows installation of multiple conveying lines for filling scale hoppers with different materials from multiple sources.
