Heavy duty features

Standard features include:
• Nylon blade guide / gate liner – extends service life and eliminates metal on metal contact (and associated binding problems) between blade and gate.
• Greasable hardened steel rollers – easily accessible
• Abrasion resistant, reinforced rubber seals
• Heavy-duty material deflectors – protects seals and rollers.
• Material displacement pocket – minimizes wedging of material upon gate closure. Provides material shut off, even if material prevents full gate closure.

Heavy duty options

Optional features include:
• AR plate (abrasion resistant) blade
• Carbon steel return pan – for applications requiring zero external material leakage.
• High temperature modifications – up to 600° F
• Protective bellow for actuator shaft
• Choice of actuators
